VibeVideoViewer is built on a simple principle: your privacy is absolute. We believe what you watch is your business, not ours.

VibeVideoViewer does not collect, store, transmit, or share any data about you or your usage. Specifically:
VibeVideoViewer runs entirely on your Mac. All file operations, playback, and settings are stored locally on your device. The app never communicates with external servers for any purpose related to your usage.
Your settings (playback speed, folder locations, keyboard preferences) are stored locally using macOS's standard UserDefaults system. This data never leaves your computer and is only accessible by the app.
VibeVideoViewer only accesses folders and files you explicitly select. The app uses Apple's security-scoped bookmarks to remember your folder selections between sessions, but this information is stored entirely on your device.
The app is distributed through Gumroad. Gumroad may collect information about your download (as described in their privacy policy), but VibeVideoViewer itself does not participate in any data collection during download or updates.
VibeVideoViewer does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app does not connect to any external services during normal operation.
VibeVideoViewer does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Because we collect no data at all, there is no data to manage or delete.
If we ever change our privacy practices (we won't), we will update this policy and the "Last Updated" date. However, our core commitment to zero data collection will never change.
